Run by the members of a family whose home it has been for 17 generations, Le Chateau de Garrevaques dates from the 15th century and is surrounded by a 7-hectare park of centuries-old trees. It is therefore the ideal spot for finding peace and relaxation or using as a base for visiting Toulouse, Carcassonne and Albi. The six guestrooms are all unique, furnished in warm comfortable styles, with the famous Zuber wall coverings. To preserve the charm and authenticity of the building, there is no lift and the bedrooms have no televisions. None the less, guests can enjoy the swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court and Health Spa (“Les Soins de Colette”) in the adjacent Pavillon du Chateau. Also situated here, Le Grenier du Pastel restaurant not only offers light refreshments but also regional specialities, such as magret aux cepes, cassoulet, confit de canard and volailles du Lauragais.
